Having had a laundry list of health issues, emotionally and physically, I know what it’s like to struggle and feel out of control of my life. I was right where you are, frustrated, overwhelmed, and without hope.
When I discovered my body could heal, and that I wasn’t a victim of random illness and disease, I came alive in a new way. I learned the power and influence I had over my everyday health and my future.
I was not a diagnosis.
Neither are you.
